Surah Al-Baqarah 2:160
ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ
Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.

"Except those who repented..."
"...and amended [what they had corrupted]" They corrected the states they had corrupted and rectified what had been neglected by them.
"...and made clear [what they had concealed]" They clarified what Allah had made clear in their Scripture, which they had previously concealed; or, they made clear to the people the repentance they had undergone, so as to erase the mark of disbelief from themselves, to be known by the opposite of what they were previously known for, and so that other corruptors might follow their example.
161 - 162
"Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, upon them is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. Abiding eternally therein; the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved."
