Ṭāhā: 112

"And whoever does..."

Al-ẓulm (injustice): That one takes from his companion more than his due right.

Al-haḍm (diminution): That one diminishes the right of his brother and does not fulfill it for him, like the characteristic of the muṭaffifīn (those who give short measure), who, when they take by measure from the people, they take in full and seek excess, but when they measure for them or weigh for them, they cause loss.

Meaning: He shall not fear the recompense of injustice nor diminution, because he neither committed injustice nor diminished [the rights of others].

It is also recited: falā yakhaf (let him not fear), in the prohibitive sense.

"And thus We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an and have diversified therein the threats that perhaps they become righteous or it causes them to remember."
