Tafsir
Verse range: 21:73
{يهدون بأمرنا} In this is [the implication] that whoever is fit to be an exemplar in the religion of God, guidance is incumbent upon him and he is commanded to perform it by God. He is not permitted to neglect it or be sluggish regarding it. The first [step] of this is that he must be guided himself, because the benefit of his guidance is more general, and souls are more inclined to follow one who is [already] guided.
{فعل الخيرات} Its origin is an taf‘ala al-khayrat (that you do good deeds), then fa‘lan al-khayrat (the doing of good deeds), then fi‘la al-khayrat (the performance of good deeds). The same applies to iqam al-salah (establishing prayer) and ita’ al-zakah (giving zakat).
{ولوطا آتيناه حكما وعلما ونجيناه من القرية التى كانت تعمل الخبائث إنهم كانوا قوم سوء فاسقين * وأدخلناه فى رحمتنآ إنه من الصالحين}
