Tafsir
Verse range: 22:69
{Allah will judge between you} This is an address from Allah to both the believers and the disbelievers. It means: He will adjudicate between you through reward and punishment. It is also a consolation for the Prophet (peace be upon him) regarding what he endured from them.
{On the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which you used to differ} How could what they do be hidden from Him? It is known among the scholars that Allah knows everything that occurs in the heavens and the earth, and He recorded it in the Preserved Tablet before its occurrence.
{Indeed, that is easy for Allah} Comprehending all of this, establishing it, and preserving it is "easy," because for the One who is All-Knowing by His Essence, the connection of His knowledge to any known thing is neither impossible nor difficult.
{And they worship instead of Allah that for which He has not sent down authority} Meaning: No proof or evidence.
{And that of which they have no knowledge} Meaning: They have no basis for their worship, neither from a revealed scripture nor from rational proof.
{And there will be no helper for the wrongdoers} Meaning: No one to defend them against the punishment of Allah.
