Surah Al-Hajj 22:75

ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ

Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

"Allah chooses from..."

This is a refutation of their denial that a messenger could be a human being. It is a clarification that the messengers of Allah are of two types: angels and humans.

Then, He—the Exalted—mentions that He is the Perceiver of all perceivable things, All-Knowing of the states of those held accountable, both what has passed and what is yet to come; nothing of them is hidden from Him. To Him is the return of all matters.

He who possesses these attributes is not questioned about what He does, and no one has the right to object to Him regarding His judgment, His decrees, or His selection of His messengers.
