Is there disease in their hearts? Or have they doubted? Or do they fear that Allah will be unjust to them, or His Messenger? Rather, it is they who are the wrongdoers.

Tafsir
Verse range: 24:50
"Is there a disease in their hearts..."
Then, He categorized the matter of their turning away from His judgment—when the truth is against them—into three possibilities:
Then, He invalidated their fear of his injustice by saying: "Nay, it is they who are the wrongdoers."
This means: They do not fear that he will be unjust to them, for they know his true state. Rather, they are the wrongdoers; they wish to wrong the one who has a right against them and to succeed in denying him that right. That is something they cannot achieve in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and for that reason, they refuse to be judged by him.
"The only saying of the believers, when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, is that they say: 'We hear and we obey.' And it is they who are the successful."
