ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ
A powerful one from among the jinn said, "I will bring it to you before you rise from your place, and indeed, I am for this [task] strong and trustworthy."
ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ

Tafsir
Verse range: 27:39
"Said an ‘Ifrit from among the Jinn..."
It is also recited as: ‘Ifriyyah, ‘Afr, ‘Ifrit, ‘Ifriyyah, ‘Afrah, and ‘Afariyyah.
Regarding men, it refers to the wicked, abominable one who "dusts" (overpowers/humiliates) his peers. Regarding the Jinn, it refers to the wicked, rebellious one. It is said that his name was Dhakwan.
"...[I am] strong enough for it..." Capable of carrying it.
"...[and] trustworthy." He will bring it exactly as it is, without subtracting anything from it or replacing it.
"Said the one who possessed knowledge from the Book: 'I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you.' And when he saw it placed before him, he said: 'This is from the favor of my Lord, to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful, he is only grateful for [the benefit of] his own soul; and whoever denies [His favor]—then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous.'"
