Surah An-Naml 27:76

ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ

Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree.

"Indeed, this Qur'an..."

They have differed regarding the Messiah, splitting into factions concerning him. Mutual denial occurred among them regarding many things, to the point that some of them cursed others.

The Qur'an has been sent down to clarify that in which they differed, had they been fair, accepted it, and submitted.

He means: the Jews and the Christians.

"For the believers"

For those among them who were fair and believed—that is, from the Children of Israel, or from them and others.


"Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His command, and He is the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing."
