Tafsir of Al-`Ankabut 29:44

{بالحق} (With the truth): That is, for a correct purpose which is truth, not falsehood. It is that they [the heavens and the earth] should be dwellings for worship, a lesson for those who take heed among them, and proofs of His immense power. Do you not see His saying: {Indeed, in that is a sign for the believers}? Similar to this is His saying, the Exalted: {And We did not create the heaven and the earth and that which is between them in vain} (Sad: 27), then He said: {That is the assumption of those who disbelieve} (Sad: 27).

{اتل ما أوحى إليك من الكتاب وأقم الصلواة إن الصلواة تنهى عن الفحشآء والمنكر ولذكر الله أكبر والله يعلم ما تصنعون}

(Recite what has been revealed to you of the Book and establish prayer. Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows that which you do.)
