Surah Al Imran 3:58
ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ
This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad], of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message.

"That We recite unto you..."
"That" (Dhālika): A demonstrative pronoun referring to what preceded it regarding the news of Jesus and others. It is the subject (mubtadaʾ), and its predicate (khabar) is "We recite unto you."
"From the verses" (min al-āyāt): This is a second predicate following the first, or it is the predicate of an omitted subject. It is also permissible that "That" (dhālika) functions in the sense of "that which" (alladhī), in which case "We recite unto you" is its relative clause (ṣilah), and "From the verses" is the predicate. It is also permissible that "That" is the object of an implied verb explained by "We recite unto you."
"And the Wise Reminder" (wa-al-dhikr al-ḥakīm): This refers to the Qurʾān. It is described with the attribute of the one who is its source, or it is as if the Qurʾān itself speaks with wisdom due to the abundance of wisdom contained within it.
