Surah Ar-Rum 30:37
ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ
Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe.

"Have they not seen..."
Then He rebuked them, for they already knew that He is the Extender and the Withholder. Why, then, do they despair of His mercy? And why do they not return to Him in repentance from the sins for which they were punished with hardship, so that He might restore His mercy to them?
"So give the relative his right, as well as the needy and the traveler. That is best for those who desire the Countenance of Allah, and it is they who are the successful."
