Yā Sīn: 65

"This Day We shall seal up their mouths..."

It is narrated that they will deny [their sins] and dispute them. Their neighbors, families, and clans will testify against them, yet they will swear that they were not polytheists. At that moment, their mouths will be sealed, and their hands and feet will speak.

In the Hadith: "The servant will say on the Day of Resurrection: 'I will not accept any witness against me except from myself.' Then his mouth will be sealed, and it will be said to his limbs: 'Speak.' They will speak of his deeds. Then he will be allowed to speak, and he will say: 'Away with you and be gone! It was on your behalf that I was contending.'"
