{فَبِعِزَّتِكَ} An oath by the Might of Allah—Exalted be He—which is His sovereignty and His subjugation.

{قَالَ فَالْحَقُّ وَالْحَقَّ أَقُولُ * لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكَ وَمِمَّن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ} He said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I speak: I shall surely fill Hell with you and with all those among them who follow you."
