Az-Zumar: (41)
{For the people}
For their sake and for their need of it; so that they may be given glad tidings and warned, thereby strengthening their motives to choose obedience over disobedience.
{And there is no need for that, for I am the Self-Sufficient}
Whoever chooses guidance has benefited himself, and whoever chooses misguidance has harmed it.
{And you are not a guardian over them}
I have not appointed you over them to force them toward guidance, for religious obligation (taklif) is built upon choice, not compulsion.
