ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ
Indeed, those who disbelieve and avert [people] from the way of Allah have certainly gone far astray.

Tafsir
Verse range: 4:167
"Indeed, those who disbelieved and committed injustice..."
They combined disbelief with acts of disobedience. Some of them were disbelievers, and others were wrongdoers (committing major sins). There is no difference between the two groups in that neither will be forgiven except through repentance.
"...never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a path..."
He will not grant them His grace (lutf), so they will not follow the path that leads to Paradise. Alternatively, it means: He will not guide them on the Day of Resurrection to any path except the path to Hell.
"...except the path of Hell..."
"...forever..."
Meaning, there is no one to divert them from it.
