Tafsir of Ghafir 40:59

{Indeed, the Hour is coming...}

{...there is no doubt about it} It must inevitably come, and there is no way to avoid it. No one should be in doubt regarding it, because there must be a recompense.

{...they do not believe} They do not affirm its truth.

{And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.}
