Surah Al-Jathiyah 45:18
ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ
Then We put you, [O Muhammad], on an ordained way concerning the matter [of religion]; so follow it and do not follow the inclinations of those who do not know.

Al-Jathiyah: (18) Then We placed you upon...
{Upon a shari'ah} Upon a path and a methodology.
{Of the matter} Of the matter of the religion.
Follow your shari'ah, which is established by proofs and arguments, and do not follow the whims of the ignorant for which there is no proof. Their religion is built upon whim and innovation—specifically the leaders of Quraysh when they said: "Return to the religion of your forefathers."
Do not take them as allies. Only one who is a wrongdoer like them would take wrongdoers as allies. As for the righteous, their Ally is Allah, and they are His allies. How clear is the distinction between the two alliances!
{This is a source of insight for the people, and guidance and mercy for a people who are certain.}
