Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:92

ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ

And obey Allah and obey the Messenger and beware. And if you turn away - then know that upon Our Messenger is only [the responsibility for] clear notification.

"And obey Allah and obey..."

"And beware"

If you turn away, know that upon Our Messenger is only the clear notification.

"And beware" Meaning: be cautious and fearful. For when they are cautious, that caution compels them to avoid every evil and perform every good deed.

It is also possible that it means: beware of what is upon you regarding wine and gambling, or regarding abandoning the obedience of Allah and His Messenger.

"If you turn away, know..." That you have not harmed the Messenger by your turning away, for the Messenger was only tasked with the clear notification through the verses. You have only harmed yourselves when you turned away from what you were tasked with.
