Tafsir of Qaf 50:6

{Have they not looked} when they disbelieved in the Resurrection, at the traces of God’s power in the creation of the world?

{We built it} We raised it without pillars.

{And it has no rifts} meaning no fissures. It is smooth and sound, free of defects, with no split, crack, or flaw in it, just as He, the Exalted, says: {Do you see any rifts?} (Al-Mulk: 3).

{And the earth—We spread it out, and cast upon it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein every beautiful pair, as a source of insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to God].}
