Surah Al-Qamar 54:51
ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ
And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember?

{في الزبر} In the registers of the recording angels.
{وكل صغير وكبير} Of deeds and of everything that exists.
{مستطر} Written in the Preserved Tablet (al-Lawḥ).
