ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.

{أشياعكم} Your likes in disbelief among the nations.
{في الزبر} In the registers of the recording angels.
{وكل صغير وكبير} Of deeds and of everything that exists.
{مستطر} Written in the Preserved Tablet (al-Lawḥ).
