{There is no god but He} An interjection used to emphasize the obligation of following the revelation. It has no place in the grammatical analysis (i'rab). It is also permissible for it to be a circumstantial qualifier (hal) from "your Lord," and it is an emphatic circumstantial qualifier, similar to His saying: {And it is the truth, confirming} (Al-Baqarah: 91).

{And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them of what they used to do.}
