Tafsir of Al-An'am 6:17

{And if Allah should touch you with adversity} Such as illness, poverty, or any other of His afflictions, there is no one capable of removing it except Him.

{And if He should touch you with good} Such as wealth or health.

{Then He is over all things competent} He is capable of sustaining it or removing it.

{And He is the Subjugator over His servants, and He is the Wise, the Acquainted.}
