Indeed, Allah is the cleaver of grain and date seeds. He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living. That is Allah; so how are you deluded?

Tafsir
Verse range: 6:95
{فالق الحب والنوى} By means of plants and trees. Mujahid said: He meant the two halves that are within the date pit and the grain of wheat.
{يخرج الحي من الميت} Meaning: The animal, and that which grows from the drop of fluid (nutfah), the egg, the grain, and the pit.
{ومخرج الميت من الحي} Meaning: These dead things from the animal and the growing thing.
If you ask: How is it that He said {مخرج الميت من الحي} using the noun form (ism al-fa'il) after saying {يخرج الحي من الميت} using the verb form?
I say: It is conjoined to {فالق الحب والنوى} (the Splitter of the grain and the pit), not to the verb. The phrase {يخرج الحي من الميت} occupies the position of a sentence clarifying His statement {فالق الحب والنوى}, because the splitting of the grain and the pit by means of plants and trees—which are growing things—is of the same genus as bringing forth the living from the dead, for that which grows is in the same category as the animal. Do you not see His statement: {فانظر إلى آثار رحمة الله} (So observe the effects of the mercy of Allah)?
{ذلكم الله} Meaning: That One who gives life and causes death is Allah, to whom Lordship is rightfully due.
{فأنى تؤفكون} Meaning: How then are you turned away from Him and from devotion to Him toward another?
{فالق الإصباح وجاعل الليل سكنا والشمس والقمر حسبانا ذلك تقدير العزيز العليم}
