Tafsir of Al-A'raf 7:196-197

{ إِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللَّهُ } My Protector against you is Allah,

{ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ } He who revealed the Book, who inspired His scripture to me and honored me with His message.

{ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحِينَ } And He takes charge of the righteous. It is His custom to support the righteous among His servants and His prophets, and He does not forsake them.

{ وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا ۖ وَتَرَاهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ } And if you call them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you, while they do not see.
