Surah Al-A'raf 7:198

ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ

And if you invite them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you while they do not see.

{They look at you} They are like those who look at you, because they fashioned their idols in the image of one who directs his gaze toward a thing, looking at it.

{While they do not see} They do not perceive what is being looked at.

{Take what is given freely, enjoin what is right, and turn away from the ignorant.}
