Surah At-Tawbah 9:11
ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ
But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, then they are your brothers in religion; and We detail the verses for a people who know.

At-Tawbah: 11
{فَإِن تَابُوا} From disbelief and the breaking of the covenant,
{فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ} They are your brothers in religion. The subject (pronoun) is omitted, similar to His saying: {ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ} (Al-Ahzab: 5).
{وَنُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ} We clarify and explain them. This is a parenthetical clause. It is as if it were said: "Whoever contemplates their details is the one who possesses knowledge." This serves as an incitement and encouragement to reflect upon the detailed rulings concerning the polytheists who have covenants, and to uphold them.
{وَإِن نَّكَثُوا أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُوا فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُوا أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ ۙ إِنَّهُمْ لَا أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ}
