A person must maintain a good opinion of his Lord, the Exalted. Jabir heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saying three days before his death: "None of you should die except while having a good opinion of Allah Almighty." This is narrated by Muslim and Abu Dawud.
