What is the ruling when the Imam calls for mobilization?

It is obligatory to march out when mobilized by the Imam, based on the prophetic saying: "When you are called to mobilize, then mobilize." This necessity arises particularly in specific instances, such as when the Prophet (peace be upon him) called the people to the expedition of Tabuk, where their compliance was obligatory, leading to the shunning of Ka'b ibn Malik and his companions who failed to join until God accepted their repentance.
