Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:3

Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Zayd ibn Rafi', from Abu Ubaydah, who said: Abdullah said: "Indeed, a vow does not bring anything forward, nor does it delay anything, but Allah extracts through it from the stingy person. There is no fulfillment of a vow in disobedience."
