Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 1:3

Abu Hisham al-Rifa'i narrated to us, Bishr ibn 'Umar narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Malik ibn Aws ibn al-Hadathan, from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, from Abu Bakr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "We are not inherited from; whatever we leave behind is charity."
