Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 28:2

Zuhayr narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Khazim narrated to us, al-A’mash narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Hasana, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out to us while in his hand was something like a shield. He placed it down, then urinated towards it. Some of the people said, "Look at him, he is urinating as a woman urinates." The Prophet (ﷺ) heard them and said, "Woe to you! Do you not know what happened to a man from the Children of Israel? When any urine would touch them, they would cut it away with scissors. He forbade them from that, so he was punished in his grave."
