Hadith 30:2
Hushaym narrated to us, Mansur and Hisham informed us, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The well is *jabār* (liable for no compensation), the mine is *jabār*, and the beast is *jabār*. And in the *rikāz* (buried treasure), there is one-fifth."
