Hadith 1154:0
### Musnad of Fatimah, daughter of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace Narrated to us by Muhammad ibn Ja’far, narrated to us by Shu’bah, from Sulayman, from Abu Wa’il, from Masruq, who said: ‘Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, narrated to me. She said: Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came walking, and her gait did not differ from the gait of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. When he saw her, he welcomed her and said: "Welcome, my daughter." Then he seated her to his right or to his left. Then he whispered something to her, and she wept. I said to her: "Why are you weeping?" Then he whispered something else to her, and she laughed. I said: "I have never seen joy so close to sorrow as I saw today." I asked her about what he had said, but she said: "I would not disclose the secret of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, passed away, I asked her, and she said: "He whispered to me that Jibril used to review the Quran with him once every year, but he reviewed it with him twice this year, and he said: 'I do not see it but that my time has approached. So fear Allah and be patient, for I am a good predecessor for you.' So I wept as you saw. Then he whispered to me and said: 'O Fatimah, are you not pleased that you should be the leader of the women of the believers, or the leader of the women of this nation?' So I laughed."
