Hadith 769:1

Yahya—who is Ibn Sa'id—narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Firas, from Mudrik ibn 'Amarah, from Ibn Abi Awfa, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "He does not drink wine at the time he drinks it while he is a believer, and he does not commit adultery at the time he commits it while he is a believer, and he does not plunder a plunder of high value or excess while he is a believer."

حدثنا يحيى هو ابن سعيد، حدثنا شعبة، عن فراس، عن مدرك بن عمارة، عن ابن أبي أوفى، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يشرب الخمر حين يشربها وهو مؤمن، ولا يزني حين يزني وهو مؤمن، ولا ينتهب نهبة ذات شرف أو سرف وهو مؤمن "
