Musnad Ahmad 415:1

Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: Ubaydullah ibn Umar narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad al-Darawardi narrated to us, he said: Amr ibn Yahya narrated to me, from Yahya ibn Umarah, from his grandfather Abu Hasan, who said: I entered al-Aswaf. He said: So I took—and al-Qawariri said once: I seized—two young bustards. He said: And their mother was fluttering over them, and I wanted to take them. He said: Then Abu Hasan entered upon me, and he pulled off a switch. He said: So he struck me with it. A woman from among us, who was called Maryam, said to me: "You have bruised his upper arm from the breaking of the switch." He said: Then he said to me: "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, declared sacred what is between the two lava fields of Medina?"
