Musnad Ahmad 92:0

Narrated to us by Hisham, who said: Narrated to us by Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Hadrad al-Aslami, that he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) seeking help regarding a debt he owed to a Jew. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him: "Go, and I will help you." He continued to wait for him until the sun had risen high. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) went out and said: "Where is the one who was asking about the debt?" He (the narrator) said: I came to him, and he said: "Go to that Jew and say to him: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) says to you: Grant him a delay.'" He said: I went to him and said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) says to you: Grant him a delay." The Jew said: "Did he really say that?" I said: "Yes." He said: "I hear and obey." Then he remitted half of it and delayed the rest.
