Hadith 1003:1
Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Hureym ibn Sufyan narrated to us, from Bayan, from Qays, from Abu Shahm, who said: A slave girl passed by me in Medina, and I took hold of her flank. He said: The Messenger—meaning the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace—began to pledge allegiance to the people. He said: So I came to him, but he did not pledge allegiance to me. He said: "The owner of the flank-grabbing." He said: I said: By Allah, I will not do it again. He said: "Then pledge allegiance to me."
حدثنا أسود بن عامر، حدثنا هريم بن سفيان، عن بيان، عن قيس، عن أبي شهم قال: مرت بي جارية بالمدينة فأخذت بكشحها. قال: وأصبح الرسول يبايع الناس، يعني النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: فأتيته فلم يبايعني. فقال: " صاحب الجبيذة " قال: قلت: والله لا أعود. قال: " فبايعني "
