Musnad Ahmad 67:2

Ahmad ibn al-Hajjaj and Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, they said: Abdullah informed us, he said: al-Hajjaj ibn Artah informed us, from Abd al-Malik ibn al-Mughirah, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Baylamani, from Amr ibn Aws, from al-Harith ibn Abd Allah ibn Aws, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever performs Hajj to the House or Umrah, let his last act be at the House." His hadith reached Umar, so he said: "May your hand fall off! You heard this from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and did not inform us of it?"
