Hadith 91:0
Narrated to us by Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Shu’bah, who said: Narrated to us Qatadah, from Abu al-Maliḥ, from ‘Amr ibn Yathrabi, who said: I was with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during the Farewell Pilgrimage. He said: "O people, do you know what day this is?" They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "This is the Day of the Greatest Pilgrimage." Then he said: "Do you know what month this is?" They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "This is the Sacred Month." Then he said: "Do you know what land this is?" They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "This is the Sacred Land." He said: "Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours, until the day you meet your Lord." He said: "And listen: Do not return after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another."
