Musnad Ahmad 552:1

Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Yunus narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah claimed, he said: The Ashajj of Banu 'Asr said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to me: "Indeed, there are two qualities in you that Allah loves." I said: "What are they?" He said: "Forbearance and modesty." I said: "Were they in me from before, or recently?" He said: "Rather, from before." I said: "Praise be to Allah who has created me with two qualities that He loves."
