Hadith 884:2
Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, Ibn 'Awn narrated to us, he said: Abu Ramlah narrated to us, from Mikhnaf ibn Sulaym—Rawh said: al-Ghamidi—he said: While we were standing with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, at 'Arafah, he said: "O people, indeed upon the people of every household in every year is a sacrifice (udhiyah) and an 'atirah. Do you know what the 'atirah is? It is that which the people call the Rajabiyyah."
حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ، حدثنا ابن عون، قال: حدثنا أبو رملة، عن مخنف بن سليم، قال روح: الغامدي، قال: ونحن وقوف مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعرفة، فقال: " يا أيها الناس، إن على أهل كل بيت في كل عام أضحاة، وعتيرة، أتدرون ما العتيرة؟ هي التي يسميها الناس الرجبية "
