Hadith 1282:0
Narrated from Habibah bint Sahl: She was the wife of Thabit ibn Qays ibn Shammas. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out for the dawn prayer and found Habibah bint Sahl at his door in the darkness. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Who is this?" She said: "I am Habibah bint Sahl, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "What is the matter with you?" She said: "Thabit ibn Qays—and she complained about him." When her husband, Thabit ibn Qays, came, the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him: "This is Habibah bint Sahl, and she has mentioned what she has mentioned." Habibah said: "O Messenger of Allah, everything he gave me is with me." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to Thabit ibn Qays: "Take it from her." So he took it from her, and she stayed in her family's house.
