Hadith of Ibn al-Rusaym, from his father
Hadith 233:2
Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Aziz ibn Muslim Abu Zayd narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abdullah al-Taymi, from Yahya ibn Ghassan al-Taymi, from his father, who said: My father was among the delegation that came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, from Abd al-Qays. He forbade them from these vessels, and he said: So we became bloated. Then we came to him the following year, and we said: O Messenger of Allah, you forbade us from these vessels, and we became bloated. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Prepare nabidh in whatever seems good to you, but do not drink anything intoxicating. Whoever wishes, let him tie his waterskin upon sin."
