Musnad Ahmad 522:2

Waki' narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Khaythama ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, among the best of your names are 'Abd Allah, 'Abd al-Rahman, and al-Harith."
