Hadith 611:2
Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated this hadith to us, and he omitted part of the chain of narration, and he said—meaning by that charity—he takes it without its right.
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد بهذا الحديث، وقصر عن بعض الإسناد، وقال - يعني بذلك الصدقة - يأخذها على غير حقها
