Musnad Ahmad 954:1

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Mas'ud ibn al-Hakam al-Ansari, from a man among the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded 'Abdullah ibn Hudhafah al-Sahmi to mount his riding beast during the days of Mina, and to call out to the people: "Let no one fast, for they are days of eating and drinking." He said: "And I saw him on his riding beast calling out that."
