Hadith 890:2
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, Anas bin Sirin informed us, from his brother Ma'bad bin Sirin, from a man of the Ansar, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, prescribed for sciatica that the tail of an Arabian ram be taken—neither too large nor too small—then it should be melted down, then divided into three parts, and one part should be drunk each day on an empty stomach."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، أخبرنا أنس بن سيرين، عن أخيه معبد بن سيرين، عن رجل من الأنصار، عن أبيه، قال: " نعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من عرق النسا، أن تؤخذ ألية كبش عربي، لا عظيمة، ولا صغيرة، فيذيبها، فتجزأ ثلاثة أجزاء، فيشرب على ريق النفس كل يوم جزء "
