Hadith 198:1
Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from ‘Asim al-Ahwal, from al-Sha‘bi, from Muhammad ibn Safwan: "That he hunted two rabbits, and he did not find a piece of iron to slaughter them with, so he slaughtered them with a flint stone. He then came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he commanded him to eat them."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، عن عاصم الأحول، عن الشعبي، عن محمد بن صفوان، " أنه صاد أرنبين، فلم يجد حديدة يذبحهما بها، فذبحهما بمروة، فأتى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فأمره بأكلهما "
