Hadith 1230:1
Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from Ibn Qārib, from his father, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "O Allah, forgive those who shave." A man said: "And those who shorten?" He said in the fourth [instance]: "And those who shorten." Sufyan indicated with his hand that he was reducing it [the number of those who shorten]. Sufyan said: And he said regarding that [the first group] as if he were widening his hand.
حدثنا سفيان، عن إبراهيم بن ميسرة، عن ابن قارب، عن أبيه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " اللهم اغفر للمحلقين "، قال رجل: والمقصرين؟ قال في الرابعة: " والمقصرين "، يقلله سفيان بيده، قال سفيان: وقال في تيك كأنه يوسع يده ................................. .................................
